How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. If for some reason your order will not load, please contact us to Sales@Evesourcings.com  to get the status of your order.

 

I just placed an order. When can I expect it to arrive?

Our products are being shipped from our international warehouse. 

Handling time: 3-5 business days

US - 7-21 within days; Canada, Europe - within 15-45 days; Australia: within 15-45 days; Asia: within 15-45 days; South America: within 15-50 days.

With our experience, usually the products arrive up to 15-35 days on average.

If any item takes longer than that, or if you'ed like to receive an update regarding the status of your shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

I ordered 2 items, why did I receive just one of them?

We run things a little differently here at EVE, when you order multiple items, sometimes they will be shipped separately in order to reduce shipping costs for you. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! The reason we do this is to get you the best absolute deal from our suppliers.


EVE is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

EVE will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

Trendjoys reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

 

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email... what's going on? 

First, breath :) than please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If not, please contact us and we will provide it to you.

OOPS! I messed up my order info! can I change it? 

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we might be able to make changes. However, we can't make any promises. Note: Most orders ship out within 48 hours so please be sure to contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order!

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! 

What's your refund/exchange policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 60 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
